Have you researched getting birth certificates for still births?

Hello Robin,
Excellent question. The predominant legislative push at the state level are the MISSing Angels bills that create birth certificates for stillbirths. There are 32 states that have passed the MISSing Angels bill – http://www.missingangelsbill.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=76&Itemid=61.
Our federal legislative effort is for dedicated funds for stillbirth research whether through legislation or through National Institute of Health (NIH) appropriations.
